The free tier

Reading this site, the archive, the per-owner pages, the JSON API and the RSS feed costs nothing and requires no account. There is nothing to refund.

Paid features

New paid features are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. When a paid feature is available, this page carries its specific terms.

Refund policy

• Within 14 days of first payment, on request, for any reason — full refund, no questions.
• After 14 days, the current month is not refunded, but cancellation stops all future charges immediately.
• If the service was broken for a material part of a month, tell us and we will refund that month regardless of the window above.

How to cancel or request a refund

Use the contact page or email [email protected]. Cancelling is one click from the Stripe receipt or by asking us; you do not need to explain why.

Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please contact us before filing a chargeback. It is faster for you and it gives us a chance to fix the actual problem.
